Meet the Team

Sean Stillmaker

Sean Stillmaker is Chicago born and London based. His background as an award-winning investigative reporter influences his storytelling centred on contextualising a variety of social issues in an accessible and entertaining manner.

With nearly two decades writing experience as a journalist, his work has appeared in such media outlets like The Guardian, The Standard, Monocle and his own publication he founded, majestic disorder. He’s evolved his business expanding into a marketing and travel agency that manifests storytelling into an immersive and cultural experience, which has been listed as one of the top service providers by Condé Nast Traveller.

When he’s off the clock, he’s on the water as a competitive rower where he races locally and internationally. In 2025, his crew placed in the top tier at the Venice Vogalonga rowing marathon. As an emerging playwright, he’s had short plays produced and performed in London at Theatre503, Riverside Studios and Nursery Theatre.

Adébayo Bolaji

Adébayo Bolaji is a multidisciplinary artist living in London and working across a variety of mediums from theatre, film, poetry and visual arts. Highlights amongst his acting credits range from the original cast of Ghost and The Scottsboro Boys on London’s West End to films including Skyfall and The White King. He’s the founder of the Ex Nihilo Theatre Group with directing credits at London’s Park Theatre.

His multimedia artworks have exhibited internationally in London, Zurich, Berlin and New York. He’s participated in artist residencies including Yinka Shonibare MBE Guest Projects (2017) and recently in New York, Margate and Jaipur, India. He had a two-person exhibition at London’s Saatchi Gallery, and in 2024 a significant solo show at the Arnolfini in Bristol, showcasing his vast work across two floors of the museum space.

His work has been featured in many prominent publications along with speaking engagements at renowned institutions such as Mall Galleries London and Penn State University. October 2023 saw the unveiling of a vibrant 3m x 3m permanent public sculpture for the new Central Plaza Park in West London’s Acton Gardens, which he was commissioned by the borough. In 2025 his painting “Time and Place” was revealed for Darlington’s 200th anniversary, being positioned in the new waiting room celebrating the train station as being the world’s first starting point for steam trains.

Most recently, his multidisciplinary work has been transformed into a monthly art experience with Bolaji Editions that delivers a print magazine and digital access to supplementary art such as films and philosophical musings.
